Refunds 

Each Mente & Corazón monthly edition is produced after orders are received and prepared specifically for that month’s mailing. 

Because these paper goods are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it has been prepared or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before fulfillment has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can make it right. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
