Shipping policy

Mente & Corazón releases a new monthly edition beginning on the 14th of each month. Orders placed during that monthly ordering period are prepared and scheduled to ship on the 1st of the following month.

For example, orders placed for the September edition beginning August 14 will be mailed on September 1. Once an order has been mailed, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. Shipping dates refer to when your order leaves Mente & Corazón and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at sunraystudios11@gmail.com as soon as possible and before the order ships. Mente & Corazón is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
